Ordered portable bouncer replacement for my pack n play through customer service and received a seat wire that was too large and not the right part for this model. I placed another order for the seat wire for my model # and still was incorrect wire. I contacted customer service twice and have had no response . I want the correct wire or a refund for both orders. My reference # is 29087670.

I bought graco car seat. We could not get the lower strap to tighten down to the vehicle seat. After looking deeper into reviews there were many that had the same problem.

I purchased the Evo Avant Travel system earlier this year ready for our baby to arrive in July.
We have now been using it for around 2 months and the quality is so poor. It is extremely rattly and feel extremely flimsy and not sturdy at all when in use. I have now had to purchase a new travel system from elsewhere. So disappointed.
